Cenneti Beklerken

Year: 2006
Director: Derviş Zaim
Genre: drama, history
Cast: Serhat Tutumluer

Description

In the 17th century, an Ottoman miniaturist is sent east to paint the portrait of a pretender to the throne. The list calls the script weak but the visuals superb, comparing its mood to İhsan Oktay Anar’s Puslu Kıtalar Atlası.
